Rehabilitative Exercise

We include electro-physical modalities (heat and cold therapy, ultrasound, EMS, IF, and TENS) applications in our treatments.

At TLMC we offer fitness training in bootcamp style aerobic classes, muscle development, fundamental movement skills training, and HIIT workouts.
