This program was thoughtfully designed, incorporating cultural elements that resonate with racialized groups to connect more deeply with the practice and providing a space where everyone can appreciate, engage, and benefit from the training, enhancing their mental wellness in a meaningful and enjoyable way.

At TMLC, we understand the impact of musculoskeletal pain and other health conditions on daily life. To address this, we developed a series of simple, home-based therapeutic exercise prescriptions. These are specially designed to help individuals manage and alleviate their pain and improve their overall health from the comfort of their homes.

Walking is a simple, enjoyable activity that requires nothing more than a good pair of shoes. Inspired by this simplicity, TLMC initiated several neighbourhood walking groups in the Greater Toronto Area. This initiative was introduced to encourage women to incorporate more movement into their daily lives with the aim of making physical activity accessible, enjoyable, and a natural part of everyday life for women in diverse communities, encouraging them to embrace an active lifestyle as a routine.
